With Warmer days ahead, i’m sure you’ll join me
in doing a little happy dance! now that spring is
upon us, it’s time to come out of hibernation and get back out
there to play. And after indulging in hearty winter comforts, it’s
good to look forward to eating healthier, lighter meals once again.
It can be hard balancing healthy eating with socialising, but
there are tricks to enjoying both. For example, the recipes in our
barbecue feature (p45) let you fire up the grill without any guilt.
Spring offers an abundance of nutritious goodies, with
Aussie favourites such as asparagus, snow peas, prawns and lamb made even more
exciting when Curtis Stone works his magic (p53). Be sure to try his stunning cover recipe
– a delicious twist on the classic pavlova, topped off with a combo of fresh, juicy
strawberries and nutty pistachios.
